Thomas Giles, Saxophone & Jae Kyo Han, Piano

  • 636 Dean Street Brooklyn, NY, 11238 United States (map)

Here at A4 Collective we are dedicated to bringing people together through classical music and the piano. As part of this initiative we regularly host musicians to perform and share their work, bringing people together through intimate salon style performances that were once popular in the 19th and early 20th century.

We are excited to present an evening of contemporary classical music written for saxophone and piano. The program will present works by Fernande Decruck (1896-1954), David Maslanka (1943-2017) and Vincent David (née1974). Thomas Giles will be performing on saxophone, accompanied by Jae Kyo Han on piano.

Program

Fernande Decruck - Sonata in C# minor for Alto Saxophone & Orchestra, arr. for Piano
David Maslanka - Sonata for Alto Saxophone & Piano
Vincent David - Sonata for Soprano Saxophone & Piano

Tickets are free, RSVP required.
